I help companies clarify what to solve, how to measure it, and how to execute it, especially when the problem is still hard to frame or not yet ready for implementation.
My approach is rooted in planetary science, where I worked with chemical analysis data to reconstruct how the early solar system behaved and evolved. That same way of thinking still shapes my work today. I use limited but observable data to reconstruct how complex systems behave, and then turn that understanding into concrete decisions.
In practice, I use analytics, optimization, simulation, and AI enablement to turn ambiguous business situations into actionable plans for digital initiatives.
